This product supplementing the diet with L-glutamine in the form of a 100% pure, crystalline, highly micronized substance enriched with Vit-A-min Supercharge formula. The product is designed especially for active people and sportsmen.

Directions:
Add 1 portion (10 g of powder – 20 measuring units = ½ scoop or 1 tablespoon) to 200 ml of water, once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
