Directions: Add ¾ scoop or 2 tablespoons (33 grams) of Isotec to 16 oz. (500 ml) cold water and shake. Use it during exercise to replenish energy; fluid and electrolytes. Isotec can also be utilized 30-60 minutes prior to activity to provide pre-workout carb–and fluid– loading, or post–workout to restore muscle and liver glycogen stores.
